Expected income

Introduction

The report contains a section which shows the estimated amount of incomes your investments are expected to produce on a regular basis, based on the number of units of each asset your currently own. This section is relevant if you invest to produce an income with the intention of being able to cover your monthly expenses. These numbers allow you to see your progress. The figures are based on the number of units you currently own for each asset so you do not have to wait for a full year before you can see the impact of your latest investiments on your future expected income.

Expectations per asset

The expected incomes are based on the amounts you have provided in the expectations. These input data define the total amount of income one unit of each asset is expected to produce in a year. You can look at the total income produced by each asset you own over the last few years to determine what your expectations are for the near future. You may want to underestimate the future expected income if you want to have a margin of safety.
